Today was probably my lowest point at work.

I had no dinner, just a promax shake, trying to eat like this from now on. Instill some discipline, in my very undeciplined life.

I came to the conclusion, that instad of getting all angry and annoyed I should take this on the chin, pull myself together, realise that I have done fuck all work in two years, and grow up!

These people have a very good point, I pretty much should be sacked and need to regroup.

The adult thing is to stay and make this work and show them I can do it, turning this around will be the making of me and get me back on track.
