New look royal.gov.uk
Today the Queen is due to launch the latest version of her website, royal.gov.uk.

Not hugely impressed so far – a few of the usual touches you would expect, Google Maps for Events which is a really nice touch and intregration with their YouTube channel.
Very text heavy front page – better once you get into it
Very strangely, when you click on a YouTube video on the front page, it opens up in a pop-up!! Shock horror!!
It’s SEO gets slated, and again for it’s Web 2.0 features.
